Using QCV
By using QCV, you agree to these terms. Use the service only when you can validly agree to them under the law that applies to you. Keep control of your sign-in email and connected identity, and do not share sign-in codes, magic links or sessions.
QCV helps you prepare, edit, publish and download CVs using the features actually available in your account. Access can depend on verification, invitation, an active trial or subscription, and feature availability. A roadmap or a planned template count is not a promise that a feature is already available. Recruiter and hiring workflows are not included in this launch.
If your account has direct invites, submit only an email address that its owner shared with you for this purpose. A submitted direct invite grants that recipient access subject to email verification. Social posts and referral links do not grant direct access. Invite balances replenish automatically in batches of five after the current balance has remained at zero for 24 hours.
Your content and publication choices
You retain rights in the information and content you provide. You give Team.Shiksha permission to store, process, format and display that content as needed to operate QCV and carry out your choices, including making selected content and downloads public when you publish.
Only submit information you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and for obtaining any necessary permission to include another person’s information or work. Review imported content, previews and exports before sharing them. Do not put passwords, API keys, confidential employer material or information you do not want public into a published CV.
A public page may be indexed or copied by others. Unpublishing stops access through QCV but cannot remove copies already obtained elsewhere. Draft changes do not automatically replace an existing published revision; use the publication controls to update what others see.
Trials, subscriptions and billing
When paid plans are available, Kelviq provides hosted checkout and subscription management. Review the price, currency, billing interval, taxes, trial end date and renewal terms shown before confirming. A trial is time limited; continuing paid access depends on the subscription terms you accept at checkout and the provider-confirmed entitlement.
Subscriptions may renew and charge at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled under those terms. Use the billing portal offered in your account to review or cancel a subscription. If that control is unavailable, contact connect@q.cv for assistance before the next renewal. Closing a browser tab or unpublishing a CV does not cancel billing.
Trial expiry or cancellation can remove paid features and any access that depended on the trial. Payment, refund, cancellation and consumer rights required by applicable law still apply. Contact connect@q.cv with a billing or refund request; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or impose an undisclosed no-refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate someone, publish unlawful or infringing content, harass others, distribute malware, send spam through the service, or attempt to obtain another person’s private information. Do not bypass access controls, payment checks or technical limits, attack the service, or use automation to scrape private or restricted data.
We may restrict content or access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these terms. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact connect@q.cv. Public withdrawal controls are not a way to erase all retained account or payment records.
QCV software and third-party services
QCV’s software, branding and template designs are proprietary unless a specific asset states otherwise. Using QCV does not grant ownership of its source code or a right to redistribute the product. This does not take away your rights in your own CV content.
LinkedIn, Kelviq and other external services have their own terms for the parts they provide. Following a link or choosing an external service may take you outside QCV. We do not control external sites or their availability.
Service limits and your rights
Keep a copy of important CV content and check an export before relying on it. QCV does not guarantee an interview, a job, acceptance by every applicant-tracking system, or uninterrupted availability. Templates and technical limits can change; your account shows the options currently available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every individual purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
